Saint Vincent and the Grenadines: its flag

Adopted in 1985, this flag combines the blue of the sky and sea, the gold of the warmth of the people and of the golden beaches, and the green of the archipelago’s lush vegetation.

The three green diamonds arranged in a V recall the country’s initial and have earned it the nickname “Gems of the Antilles”.
